The Vacant Posession properties are being sold by Informal Tender with the deadline being 12 noon on 25th November 2020. The Investment Farms will be sold via Private Treaty.

The sale is part of a review of the county farms estate by the authority which aims to generate up to £20 million to invest in health and care, jobs and infrastructure. Money will also be reinvested in the remaining Staffordshire farms estate of more than 6,600 acres which will continue to provide opportunities for new and experienced farmers to build businesses.
